Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back within 30 days of the order date. Cloth diapers and related products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be returned. Other items may be returned if they are in their original condition, with the original packaging and with tags intact.
There will be a 20% restocking charge on returns, excluding exchanges. All exchanges will incur actual shipping charges which will be determined at the time of shipment by Baby's Abode.
In order for us to process your return, you must call 866.4bbabode (866.422.2263) or send an e-mail to customercare@babysabode.com to get a Return Authorization Number.
Confidentiality:
Your personal information is secure with us. It is our policy not to sell names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. All credit card information is transmitted through a secure server and is never stored on our server. All the details are contained in our Privacy Policy.
Shipping:
Shipping to any area other than the 48 contiguous states may require additional shipping charges. After we calculate shipping costs we will contact you with the rate before we ship your merchandise.
As an environmentally conscience company we reuse shipping packages and material.
Orders over $75.00 are shipped Free using US Mail,FEDEX UPS. Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders paid with a personal check require an additional 7 to 14 day waiting period before shipping (Use a money order for faster turnaround). When your order is received with the Pay by Check option, you will be contacted with our mailing address.
